Who we are

1. Quotes

Every job gets a written, fixed-price quote. Quotes are valid for 14 days.

2. Payment

50% deposit to start, balance on go-live before the site is published. Monthly care plans are billed upfront each month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

3. What's included

The quote lists exactly what's included, including the number of revision rounds (two, unless stated otherwise). Extra work outside the quote gets quoted separately first.

4. Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the logos, photos and text you give us. Delays in getting content to us can move the go-live date.

5. Ownership

Once paid in full, the website is yours. Domains and hosting are registered in your name and paid directly to the provider. We may show the finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Security checks

Security checks are only performed after you sign a written authorisation form that confirms you own or control the systems and sets exactly what may be tested and when. We report what we find to you only. A check reduces risk; it can't guarantee a site will never be compromised.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We're not responsible for outages or losses caused by third-party providers (hosting, payment gateways, platforms).
