Privacy Notice

This notice explains how ("we") handles personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

1. What this website collects

This website does not store any personal information. The quote and free-check forms open WhatsApp on your device with your message filled in; nothing is saved on our server. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits (pages viewed, rough location, device type, and which site referred you). It uses no cookies and does not track you across other websites.

2. What we collect when you contact us

When you message, call or email us, we receive your name, contact details, business details and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply, quote, deliver the work you hire us for, and invoice you.

3. Client websites and security checks

If you hire us to build or check your website, we may get access to your website, hosting or business accounts. We use that access only for the agreed work, never share it, and stop using it when the work ends. Security checks are only done with your signed written permission, within the scope you approve.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. We only share it where needed to do the work (for example, a domain or hosting provider you've asked us to set up in your name) or where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep client records (quotes, invoices, agreements) for as long as tax and business law requires, and other enquiries for no longer than 12 months.

6. Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details below. You can also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
